WebPTS Pricing

WebPTS Online Problem Tracking System is available in Small Business and Enterprise Editions. The Small Business Edition provides all of the basic features of WebPTS but does not include the SSL Encryption module. Additionally, only the Enterprise Edition will support the the KnowledgeBase module or the Support module. Migration from the Small Business Edition to the Enterprise Edition is possible but will require custom consulting from Zambit billed at our standard hourly rate.
