WebPTS™ Online Problem Tracking System FeaturesAttachment Support
WebPTS provides the communications tools you need for effective error
resolution and efficient development. Many performance issues or bugs
are difficult to depict in writing or challenging to re-create from a
written description. WebPTS supports file attachments (e.g., screenshots,
server logs, configuration files, test scripts, etc.) so you and your
customers can fully document an issue or feature request.
KnowledgeBase Module
You can increase the value of your WebPTS System by adding the WebPTS
KnowledgeBase Module. Frequently, issues or their fixes are related. The
KnowledgeBase Module supports issue grouping, annotation, and full-text
searching capabilities. With the KnowledgeBase Module you can easily provide
self-help services via WebPTS and create customer tutorials that reduce
the cost of customer care for recurring issues.
Support Module
Some customer support needs are greater than others. With the additional
WebPTS Support Module, customers and client service representatives can
directly and seamlessly interact with the issue-tracking system to provide
greater levels of support, such as maintaining customer personal records
(e.g., name, phone, etc.), contact records and logs, and proactive support
initiatives.
